Boomi - a Dell Technologies business - is a pioneer in the iPasS market, powering more than 10,000 customers worldwide with its market-leading platform. To maintain competitive advantage and accelerate its growth, Boomi partnered with Manual Labor across a number of marketing facets - including corporate branding, website design, campaign development and community branding.
Working backwards from the company’s customer conference - BoomiWorld - in October 2019, Manual Labor built a coordinated plan to introduce new visual components and design systems throughout the year that would ultimately be used in an entirely new corporate website. Part of this new visual identity included a new corporate logo that would capture the swagger the company has built in solidifying itself as a market leader.
In addition, as community plays an integral role to its success and growth, Boomi worked with Manual Labor to create a new destination for its customers - Boomiverse. This updated community was built for the long haul in mind around driving participation, training, certifications, and most of all loyalty to the Boomi brand. This coordinated effort allowed Boomi to tell a broader and stronger story around customer success and how that plays back to its products and platform.
