The company partnered with Manual Labor across a number of strategic marketing pillars to maintain competitive advantage and accelerate its growth. The partnership and collaborative work over the past three years resulted in a $4B sale by Dell Technologies to private equity pioneers Francisco Partners and TPG.

Propelling a Community

The Boomi community plays an integral role in its customers’ success and growth. Understanding this, Manual Labor re-branded and created a new destination for community members to share and learn, all within the Booomiverse.

Boomiverse was built for the long haul in mind - driving participation, training, certifications, and most of all, loyalty to the Boomi brand. This coordinated effort allowed Boomi to tell a more meaningful story around customer success and how that plays back to its products and platform. Today, more than 100,000 Boomiverse community members participate on the platform (with 55%+ cert. growth rate of those in Boomiverse).
