Project Overview

Market Street Trust Company understood that women who built careers through athletic discipline were the same women reshaping boardrooms, investment portfolios, and industries. The opportunity wasn't just to celebrate that connection, it was to design a platform worthy of it.

The branding opportunity was equal parts cultural and strategic: create something that felt like it belonged in the world of elite sport while functioning as a serious professional network. Every visual and experiential decision had to hold both truths at once — the competitive fire of athletics and the credibility of institutional finance.

Grace Wrapped in Grit

There's power in repetition—in the rhythm of a team moving as one. The Game On visual identity centers on two elements working in tension and harmony: structured geometric patterns that echo the clean lines of a basketball court, layered against organic, textured florals. Blooms that represent grace wrapped in grit — passion that refuses to be contained by straight lines. The risograph aesthetic brings warmth and authenticity that feels earned, not polished to perfection.

When geometric precision meets organic energy, they capture the duality of the Game On community: women equally in life analyzing strategy in the boardroom and cheering court-side. The logo nods to collegiate athletics, carrying the weight of tradition while pushing forward with contemporary confidence in life on a jacket lapel or a conference stage.

Every element reinforces the same truth: when individual voices create patterns of collective power, something unstoppable takes shape.

Transforming Vision into Action

The measure of a brand is whether it can hold the room it was built for. Game On passed that test in front of an elite group of women. The inaugural event brought together exactly the women the identity was designed to speak to, leaders who understand that sports and boardrooms operate on the same fundamentals: discipline, strategy, and the willingness to show up.

The brand didn't just decorate the room. It framed the conversation. The visual identity gave an ambitious, first-of-its-kind community an immediate sense of legitimacy and belonging — signaling to every woman in attendance that this platform was built at their level, with their duality in mind. The community response confirmed what the design argued from the start: when the brand is right, the right people find each other faster.

Building Game On meant honoring two worlds at once, the athletic excellence these women earned and the business leadership they've built. The Manual Labor team grasped that responsibility immediately and delivered a brand that doesn't ask our community to be anything less than everything they are.
