Project Overview

Koddi built an award-winning advertising technology company in the travel space, powering over $20B of transactions across 400K properties globally.

To expand its market opportunity, Koddi leveraged its success in travel ad tech to build a horizontal offer that powers marketplace monetization for advertisers and publishers. Partnering with Manual Labor, the team fully expanded and enhanced Koddi’s messaging, sales narrative, collateral, and website.

Koddi Brand & Design System

Developed core tenets for the Koddi brand and designed stickers that represented the new Koddi values to inspire and motivate the teams at brand rollout.

In order to clarify and differentiate the unique set of Koddi products, Manual Labor created a simple but impactful design system rooted in geometric shapes and color. Each form referenced a shape easily associated with the product’s offering - enabling the team to map and tell the Koddi story while giving each product its own weight.

Koddi Website

As part of a strategic rebranding, it was crucial to consider the use of both visual and verbal components of Koddi’s new website. As the company expanded its offerings beyond travel, Manual Labor worked with the Koddi team to ensure the right personas were given the right paths and quickest journeys to engagement and conversion. This plan was underscored by meticulous focus on the infrastructure that supports product, marketing, and sales, understanding that all the respective dots need to be connected for maximum impact.

Asset & Sales Enablement

Working with the Koddi sales, marketing, and product teams, Manual Labor created a number of critical sales enablement tools and assets (including battle cards, customer journeys, and collateral) that crafted the right narrative for Koddi customers.
